This policy explains what the GigPay mobile app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can get it deleted. It applies to the GigPay Android app and the services behind it, operated by bahzad.

| Support messages | What you write to our support team, so we can answer you. |
The app asks for camera and photo access only when you choose to set a profile picture. If you decline, everything else still works.

We also disclose data where the law requires it, such as a lawful request from a regulator or law enforcement.
Your profile data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed as described below.
Transaction records are the exception. Financial regulations require us to retain records of money movements even after an account closes. We keep those, but we strip your name, username, email, phone number and photo from them first, so what remains cannot be traced back to you through our systems.
You can delete your account at any time — from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by requesting deletion here.
Deletion removes your name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, cards, saved beneficiaries, notifications and support conversations, and signs you out everywhere. It cannot be undone. If your wallet still holds a balance, withdraw it first — deletion will not release it to you afterwards.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to your account requires a one-time code sent to your phone number, and optionally your device's fingerprint or face unlock.
GigPay is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use GigPay after a change means you accept the updated policy.
