You can delete your GigPay account and the personal data attached to it. There are two ways to do it.
If you no longer have the app installed, email support_gigpay@scripterhub.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with.
We will verify it is your account, delete it, and confirm within 30 days.
If your wallet still holds money, withdraw it before deleting. The app will block deletion while a balance remains, and deleting the account does not release the funds to you afterwards.
Records of money you sent, received, topped up or withdrew are retained, because financial regulations require us to keep them. Before they are retained, your name, username, email address, phone number and photo are stripped from them — what remains is a financial record with no personal details attached.
Nothing that identifies you personally survives deletion.
Deletion is permanent. Your phone number is released, so you can sign up again later if you want — but it will be a brand new account, with no access to the old one's history.
